A visit to Echo Point!:) As well, we visited Aboriginal sites in the Blue Mountains. The rock carvings at Faulconbridge and Lawson to see carved into the flat surface, a kangaroo, emu and blade grinding grooves. As with other sites of significant Aboriginal heritage, the locations indicate neglect and damage. See these sites before they are gone. Here for over... More

Nice view of the Australian Grand Canyon. A must see of you are in the Blue Moutains in Australia. But try to avoid holidays because of the crowd.

In order to really enjoy the scenery, my partner and I decided to go really early to the Echo Point lookout. We arrived at 6.30am and there was only a handful of other people. This allowed us to be able to, firstly, get to the front of the lookout to actually see the sights, as well as take some phenomenal... More

Great place to see the Three Sisters. Amazing views across the canyon. Super place for photos. Loved the walk down to the Three Sisters. Reasonably easy and only took 15 mins.

Entrance is free, parking might be tricky if you come on holiday season, and watch out so many chinese tourists!! The area is clean and... More

The plantlife and rock formations are a sight to see, however its the fact that many of the plants date back to prehistoric times. It's like looking at Jurasic Park!

We went on a beautiful day and the view was very nice, the Three Sisters, the valley and the other mountains. We travelled by train from Sydney, it took 2 hours and took the 686 bus over from in front of the Carrington Hotel ( the hotel in across the street and around the corner to the left when you... A must do and only a stone's throw away from my accommodation - Echo Point Motel. The Echo Point lookout not only provides amazing views but also has an information desk where Roger will assist you with all of your questions regarding the different walks from Echo Point. Thank you Roger for all of your helpful tips.
