A trip back in time
Oct. 2020
Lots of old fashioned sweets and lolly jars to browse. Lovely to find treats from childhood days to buy and take home to share with family.

A favourite to visit
Aug. 2020
Every time we visit the Blue Mountains, we always make a stop here.. Our kids love it, and so do I! Such a great selection of unusual lollies that you can't find in most other places.. We always walk out spending way more than we should.

Died and entered Heaven!
Aug. 2020 • Family
Upon entering this shop I thought that I had died and gone to heaven. It has all the treats one could wish for and more. It took me back to my childhood years. Not only does it have candy however it has a huge selection of drinks , chocolates, sauces dry rubs and more.

Covid? What Covid?
Jul. 2020 • Family
Visited this shop with my kids yesterday (Friday 10 July) and, whilst there was a long queue earlier in the day, by 3 pm the proprietors had completely given up on trying to limit customer numbers. I estimate that there were around 40 customers crammed together in this tiny shop just after 3 pm, with no one patrolling the door or turning customers away. With a confirmed case of Covid in Katoomba yesterday, the owners of this shop should know better. Fingers crossed there is no new hotspot arising from this shop itself. AVOID.

Underwhelming
Jul. 2020 • Family
I’ve visited a few times over the past 20 odd years. It seems to me that the ownership may have changed as there wasn’t a particularly nice feel about the place.
Sign on the door for maximum 10 due to Covid so we queued.
When 3 came out we went in but 5 minutes later I counted more than 50 crammed in there. Crammed.
I didn’t find half the old sweets I was hoping to find, like flying saucers, instead more of the stuff you can buy in normal stores.
The plastic jars need to be replaced as they are old, browning and look dirty.
Service from behind the counter wasn’t very friendly. I don’t like places that make me feel the owners think they’re shooting fish in a barrel so don’t make much effort.
I won’t bother next time I come up.

Sweet Entertainment
Sep. 2019 • Family
Plenty of excitement exploring lollies from all around the world. The M&M variety (jalapeño) impressed, Wonka bars, hottest chips in the world, and sour cream and chives crickets made us giggle. Soft drinks from Mexico were a favourite. Had trouble deciding what to buy. Great to give the kids $10 and say “travel treats” go for it! Easy to find. Good bribery for all the bush walking!

Sweet Tooth

This is a great shop packed with heaps of goodies. Really it is too small as it is so hard to really enjoy as people bump into each other. In saying that, it has everything a sweet enthusiast requires.

The best lollipop shop
Jul. 2019 • Family
This has to be the best and the only supplier of a huge range of lollies in NSW that I know of. If you are after old fashioned and unusual lollies this is the place. The shop is quite narrow and gets packed especially on the weekends.
It’s a little bit hidden up an alley towards the southern end of Leura Mall, on the eastern side but so worth visiting, no one leaves empty handed.

Was recommended to visit here by my tour guide. Has an incredible range of sweets on offer, incredibly difficult to choose just a few. Was really busy in here when I visited and being a small shop you could barely move. Staff were efficient and helpful. Worth a look!

Visited here with the family and it was very uncomfortable to move around as the aisles are tight and people are rude. They have a great variety of candy however it’s very overpriced! The self serve lollies were not fresh. There was only 1 lady at the counter and the store was very hot and stuffy.
