It was amazing when we visited the Campbell National Park. Every attraction took us time, as it was so beautiful. The rocks were sculpted by the ocean and the birds enjoyed the rocks. The 12 Apostles is the most renowned in the world. However, the...More

This national park is a great way to protect a tourist icon as well as providing fantastically well maintained facilities including the welcome centre, the boardwalks, viewing platforms and car park. A big thanks to the state government for this.

A fabulous view of the remaining seven Apostles is good in the morning when the sun is behind you. Go back in the afternoon for a great sunset. We did both and got the best photos in the morning.

Port Campbell national park area is stunning. It apparently makes up a lot off different attractions such as loch and gorge, Gibson steps and twelve apostles, and spans a massive area, so don't think it is just one spot. Fantastic.

I did see a few buses along the route, but felt like they were big tour buses. As for accommodation, we rented a house for 3 days. There are some smaller hotels around. Not sure on nightly minimums

A hire car if travelling from the airport, or maybe a bus tour. If driving, remember that the roads can be difficult and tiring. Accidents are common.
