We visited as the sun was setting and can definitely recommend that this is the best time of the day! The rugged coastline with the crashing waves against the cliffs makes for a spectacular show. Make sure to pay a visit, you won’t be disappointed.
Good to see this site as you travel through. Gives a good understanding of the dynamic nature of the coast. Good images of what it looked like in Jan 1990 and the collapse of the section which now gives us its current view.
The coast line is incredible - so many little places to stop and walk and wonderful rocks and drops. London Bridge is more like London arch since the bridge collapsed but still stunning.
The views are amazing from the top with waters pure and rushing in every now and then . Then the story of the London Bridge of the couple who were left stranded on one side makes this so much more interesting place to visit. It...More
The multiple viewing platforms enable you to have different viewing angles from the bridge. absolutely beautiful. We arrived around 8 in the morning and were the first ones. As such we were able to take pictures of empty wooden viewing platforms which was very pretty....More
