Easy access by car with free parking. There are 2 exhibitions: one underground where you can access by train and one on the floor of the museum. Visit of about 1h30, interesting and well organized. An audio guide in French is also available upon request. Attention, you must definitely call to reserve your seats and check the opening hours!

A unique place in Greece. You go down in an elevator 18 meters underground, use the existing train, make stops in themed caves with a guide in various works that were done in the mine.
Then guided tour with headphones and watch 2 short documentaries.
Worth the visit. The price could be a little lower

Excellent, unique experience. Nice tours, you don't get bored at all. I would like the underground tour to last a little longer and continue in the other rooms. Congratulations to all those who came up with the idea but also to those who continue the implementation with enthusiasm.

Although I once went to Les Baux-de-Provence, I am not a specialist in Bauxite mining but I know a lot more about it now. This visit was very well run; all the displays etc were available in many languages; very thoughtful attention paid to health & safety; knowledgeable guides; the video accounts by the locals used to work here in the 1960's etc (eg women carrying the ore out in baskets) were very provoked many thoughts. You must book up in advance, I rang up on the morning of my visit.

This is a highly educational activity: we don't have often the chance to visit industrial sites and to experience "how things are done". Here, as visitors we can learn what is bauxite and how bauxite is excavated.
The visit has 3 activities:
- just visit the museum (with audio guide),
- visit the museum and an under earth mining hall,
- do all the above, plus some interactive activities.
We did the first 2, in a visit that lasted ~1h.
We left the site with the knowledge of where aluminum comes from and with greater respect of the work of the miners.

If you visit the mining park alone or as a single family, it's better to make a call first so you can fit in a group and visit the mine. Otherwise, you'll have to wait or visit the mining museum first and then the mine (as we did). The overall experience is exciting and safe, even for small children, as long as you follow the guides' rules. Tip: before the visit, ask your hotel if they have the mining park brochure so you can get a discount on the park cash desk.

Great experience with lots of things to see! I was very impressed by the underground tour and how the aluminum finally has been produced. Excellent job!

I visited and took the tour except the digital representations. Do not miss the experience! Visit the Tunnel 850 tour by the electric railed wagon (Vagonetto) and find out about the mining process and the relevant history of bauxite excavation. Then visit the Museum to get a feeling of the support operations by listening to the excellent recordings.
Shop your souvenirs from the Museum at very reasonable prices.
I really believe that it is a visit that could add value in the sense of knowledge as well as entertainment.
