We loved this spot. Safe shallow areas for kids, sea swimming pool, plenty of shady spots, powder white sand and superb views. Free street parking and lovely cafe. One of the worlds top beaches in my view!

Fabulous beach with plenty of shade and grassed terraced areas. Shallow beach with a floating jetty which is easily accessible by wading out to it, perfect spot for SUP, sandcastles and bombing off the jetty ;) Lovely Café close by, toilets/change rooms x2 either end, free bbqs and kids play ground. Dogs are allowed at the boat pen end ....... More

There was a sheltered inlet on one side with very shallow water at low tide plus a concreted swimming pool into the sea, and on the other a small beach again with the beautiful coloured water this area is famous for. Also a children's play area, grassed terraces so not always necessary to sit on the sand. Walk along to... More

Always a nice place to visit, kayak, lounge around on the beach or grass. Good kids playground to keep the kids occupied while you grab a coffee from the cafe. Especially suited to little kids! Bigger ones can fish off the rocks at the point.

The is a sheltered side great for swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking etc, rocks and the boat harbour for fishing, outer beaches if you like waves, the channel for snorkelling. Grass areas and plenty of... More
