We were driving through Noosa and decided to stop and have a walk in the national park. The beaches looked lovely, but we decided to go for a walk. We walked to Boiling Point, which has lovely views, then through to Dolphin Point, which walking there and back took around 1.5 hours. The views were great, but what makes this... More

We took an old friend along the trail to Granite Bay, which we've known for more than 45 years. The views, as always, are stunning and our favourite tame koala made an appearance right at the start of the track. Many fond memories were renewed, many photos were taken, as always and of course many many thanks were offered to... More

Great location for a run and swim. Close to coffee, restaurants and usually friends. Small villages nearby make a great location to enjoy beyond the beech and movies can be a welcomed escape with air-conditioning. Ideal family location

Lots of trails and very accessible to all. Well maintained wit facilities along the way. Access to swimming as well as fairly shaded for those hot days.

There are several tracks for you to choose from, depending on if you want a coastal walk or a walk through the forest. We choose the coastal walk, and it was great. I would highly recommend it! They advise it takes approximately 3 hours to walk, however we did it in 2. It really does depend on how fast you... More

If you are on the Sunshine Coast, a stroll through the National Park is unmissable. There's the chance of a koala, goanna or snake spotting (though very safe), places to picnic and world-class surf.

Have walked in Noosa NP (both the headland area and beyond) for many years now and we never grow tired of it. The coastal track gets the most visitors (rightfully so) but go beyond this and you'll often find yourself alone. Our favourite time is winter but the coastal heath is in bloom in September.

You can while away the hours walking in Noosa's National Park - where several pathways are provided (some unsuitable for wheelchairs, prams etc). Catch sight of the many bays, surfers, and maybe even a wild koala, as we did). Great lookout points too.

The National Park is beautiful as you might expect with soaring cliffs and breathtaking views of the coastline. Can get hot as there is not tree cover for a lot of the walk so bring hat and water. The parking situation is the killer and you are best to park on the Sunshine Beach side of the park (check the... More
