Quintessential young family spot for children to frolic in the gentle waves and parents to relax. Lifeguards lovely, showers everywhere, roaming wild turkeys hilarious. Must try the ice cream van!

Great family beach with good surf for beginners. Patrolled area and beautiful sand for sandcastle building. Lots of restaurants on the beach front. Good for a day trip

Clean, biggish waves, surf, sand, sunshine, can be sensational and salubrious depending on what you want to do. Eating places on the beach offer escape and shade, apartment balconies and pools add to the overwhelming air of enjoyment and fun. The beach is patrolled and safe, life guards are in plenty and patrol the wateron jetski.

We have tried a few beaches along the Sunshine Coast and and always ended up going back to Noosa Heads beach as waves are not as rough and perfect for our young kids. It is very busy and parking can be challenging but sure to have a great day!

The main beach in Noosa has plenty of space to lay out your towel and soak up sun and sand. At the end closest to the BeachClub it could get pretty busy as this tends to be the launching place for surfers heading to the point break The beach tends to be calm on most days but you still need...
