Lovely place to visit for some background information about lampedusa. There are a lot of photos and books in the shops.

Lot of pictures adn stories about Lampedusa in this small spot in the beginning of via Roma. The owner also support refugees by letting them to use internet, so it is also a place to see encounters of culture. Nice and authentic souvenirs and books.

Yes this small room is not a rich museum, but bw photos, old and recent films shot on the island and a display of ancient documents make this a really interesting place in order to have an idea of Lampedusa in the past.
