About
This rocky peninsular is known for its rocky cliffs, crystal-clear waters, and stunning natural attractions, including the Blue Lagoon and the Lover’s Bridge. Pack your snorkels and search for fish and turtles in the sea caves. There are several hiking trails in the park, and climbing up to the top of the cliffs offers spectacular views. There’s something for everyone here—scuba diving tours, kayaking to the sea caves, and catamaran cruises from which you can soak in the views of the cliffs. Cape Greco is easily accessible from the nearby city of Ayia Napa or Protaras. – Tripadvisor

We have been going to Ayia Nappa area for the last 10 years and it’s a must to visit here ... even if we are not wandering around the nature park.
Off the main road on the way from Knossos Bay travel to the corner where the visitor centre is located here you will see the van parked up along with seating.
You can park the car easily here.
Per said first time we visited we though wow the sandwiches was ace ... extremely good value and mega filling tasty.
Louis the chap who runs it very friendly helpful.
I can recommend one sandwich will take the feeling of wanting to eat anything for the rest of the day.
If your on the bus 201-2-3 it stops by the sandwich van.
On a plus note the Cypriot taxi drivers etc stop and eat here , and has I’ve always said if the locals use it ... well it must be good. !!

Cape Greco is a headland in the southeastern part of the island of Cyprus. It is also the easternmost point of both the European Union. Just check exactly what to see there as area is quite big. Not everything is accessible, this part with the Lighthouse in Cape Greco is probably some military area. Not possible to go there.

If you are reasonably fit, have little difficulty walking and have sturdy walking shoes plus of course enjoy the outdoors and peace &!tranquility, then Cape Greco is the place to go. An absolute pleasure to walk across with all the owners you could wish for in one area. The Sea gently creating more erosion wonders, wildlife in abundance together with Mother Nature watching over the whole area this attraction is almost beyond words and only a visit can do it justice. A walk across the park takes time but what better way to spend that time.

Blue clear water sea combined with natural land beauty .... amazing! You have caves to explore, church, natural trail and other things.. you can easily pass a day there without even noticing. Place to be and enjoy your day calmly.

We wanted to visit the caves and jump from the famous spot, however it was more difficult to find than anticipated.
After several attempts, we finally found it (by chance). No signage that helps you to find it, and the guys in the ice cream trucks have no idea..
So if you need help the GPS is (34.9682301,34.0548837)
If you are without gps, take the first right into the cape Greco national park when driving from Agia Napa, then take the first right again down to the “sea caves”.
Do not drive out till the end of the national park (towards the antennas), not so much to see there. Hope this helps!
The spot is great, the water is beautiful and the jump is 10-12 metres. Do not forget to check out the cave under the mountain - follow the track down to where people swim from.

You can reach the cave area by car (or on foot). When you enter the Cavo Greco Natural Reserve (there are sign posts for a right turn on the road from Ayia Napa to Protaras), you follow an asphalt road and approx 500m further down you see a tree standing on its own in a field on your right hand side. Take a right turn into the earth road that is close to that tree. There is a sign pointing to the sea caves. Follow the earth road and soon you will see the sea and other cars so you will know where to stop!! Although i am from cyprus i only discovered this spot 2 years ago - previously i would see pictures of it but didnt know where it was! It just takes your breath away!! The rocks in this area have originally been under water (thousands of years ago) and they came to the surface probably after earthquakes etc. The sea caves have been formed under water but you get the impression that they have been carved by a very skillful sculptor. The spot is called 'the palaces' by the locals as the cave formations, remind of ancient palaces! Natural beauty at its best!!
The climb up to the top of cape greco is also worth it. Not very difficult as not very steep and the views from there are lovely.
There are several other hiking trails within the park that are signposted and take in all the points of interest. There is also 4 kilometres of bicycle track.
The park has something different to offer, in each season. Hiking is better in the spring when its not too hot and the place is also full of wild flowers of various colours.
Cypriot Natural Beauty at its best. Definetely recommened if you are a nature lover like me!!!

Hi we visited this beautiful place sept 12th, we have visited loads of times whilst in cyprus it’s such a breath taking place , unfortunately I slipped on the rocks by lovers bridge and broke my ankle in 4 places, I would like to thank everyone who came to my rescue especially the young girl who drove me to the nearby doctors who sent for an ambulance, I have now been in a cast for 3 weeks, Again thank you to the young girl and her mom for helping me,
Like I said this place is well worth the visit but please be careful

If you going to Cyprus, you do not want to miss going here. And here are some tips

- its on the Cavo Greko road, but not Cape Greko. so you have to lookout for a sign which says 'caves' earlier. There is no sign currently to show you where to make the turn. So map it earlier on google maps
- when you reach there, you can jump of the cliff. It is around 6-7 mts deep and absolutely safe!. There are concrete patches which helps you locate from where to jump
- The treasure picture you want to take is actually not visible from where you stand, you have to climb down to the left of the cliff (its safe) to get a breathtaking view

Enjoy and make a point to thank me for these tips. You wont regret it! :)
