Ayia Thekla is 7km west of Ayia Napa and it is by far the most serine and quietest beach in town. On the right side of the little chapel the coast is nice and sandy but behind the chapel it is rocky and ideal for snorkeling. I requested a friend to drive me here as I had heard so much... More

Perfect fore the kids. No high weaves thanks to the mini-islands surrounding the beach. Incredibly warm water. Shallow. Nice restaurants at the beach. Bar. Showers. And the best thing. Never crowded. Nice snorkeling waters with sea turtles and stuff.

This beach is much more quite and less busy than Nissi, and it is great with the massage parlors and its free Wi-Fi connection.

A lovely secluded sandy beach just far enough away from Ayia Napa. It has an excellent Taverna serving a wide variety of food but i must say the salads and kebabs are first class. Sunbeds and brollies available on the beach. Strongly recommend.

This was our 5th time to Cyprus. On the second year we stumbled on this gem of a beach. We spend the whole two weeks here. A very quiet beach (which is perfect for us) the shallow water is beautiful. You can literally walk to the little island opposite. They have a beach bar and a restaurant which are both... More

Very crowded with many tourists+nice, soft sand+a little rocky going in the water+good water+I suggest a lounge chair for 2.50 euro. If you are a beach type person and enjoy the water, this is a good one.

I have watched Ayia Thekla beach grow and grow for over 30 years and it is still as good as ever. Sunbeds are well spaced out! I find the beach to be a lovely setting, the palm trees, bar , restaurant and little island. Not always that busy which is great for families. Water is clear but slightly rock when... More

It's a lovely little beach which a couple of years ago when we went was very quiet and peaceful with a restaurant. It now has a beach bar, the restaurant has been extended(which has good food) and a toilet block. Music is played around the beach bar. It hasn't spoiled the beach as such but has a completely different atmosphere... More
