A great discovery on a first visit to the wineries of Mudgee. Exciting and unusual bottles on offer here. The vermouth, white port, whisky tawny were a delight.

Must stop here. A unique cellar door with some good wines and a range of excellent ports. Even though they were full as we were the second bus to arrive staff were friendly and informative. Thanks for helping make our day special

Just can't visit Mudgee wineries without a visit to the fabulous Pieter van gent winery. Lovely to roam around the property. Great spot for pics. The staff are so very friendly and knowledgeable. The tastings yum! Don't forget the famous white port - there is also a lovely red port on offer. Most enjoyable time at this winery and vineyard.

Visited here on a quiet Monday. Beautiful entry with huge barrels guiding you to the tasting area. Lovely wines, friendly staff. Ports were outstanding, but wines were excellent too. A 'must visit' while in Mudgee.

We visited this vineyard for a wine tasting. I am a wine lover with a 500 bottle wine cellar so not there to waste anyone's time. The lady serving us firstly poured us tastings so small I could not taste a thing. Secondly she was so rude towards us that we ended up walking out before our tasting was finished.... More

My wife and I were very pleased with this winery. The Pipeclay Tawny and Muscat Liquor were our favorites. It has a great selection of other wines as well though. It's also got a really nice ambiance to it as well. The only thing I think they could do better is have another person serving, as there we only 2... More

The cellar door is very welcoming with an amazing atmosphere. Nice to walk around and look at the history of the winery and wine making process. The wines selection was varied with a really good selection of fortifieds. There was only 2 staff assisting 40+ people making the tasting process slow. Once a selection had been made it took a... Hi William, Thank you for your review, I'm glad you enjoyed the atmosphere of the cellar door. We always try to provide the best possible customer service no matter how many people are in the cellar door. However buses can show up unexpectedly resulting in us attempting to explain the properties of our Durif in fast motion. Like the tide... More
