Nice place, nice landscape.. an interesting walk around forest approaching Waterfall.. but a lot of people not respecting you neither your space to take appropriate pictures..it looks a little dirty with no enough baskets for trash... it could be a more interesting place with guides and personnel monitoring people's behaviour. There is a small native market when you enter into... More

We stopped here on a tour of the crafts towns that surround Otavalo. It's a very pleasant waterfall. In a park that locals frequent, with places selling crafts and food around. Not a bad place to visit, but nothing super special. In retrospect it might have been interesting to skip here; spend more time at places where the crafts are... More

If you've never seen a waterfall before, then go. If you have, it is not worth much time. Be sure to bring insect repellent!

Lovely place to spend a coupleb of hours in the nature, a bit busy with locals but not crouded. Don't need to take a taxi or bus, easy route from otovalo village (around 45 min walking).

It takes 15 minutes tops to walk to this beautiful waterfall, it is not so high, and there might be a crowd but it is worth it, is a nice place. If you siwh you can keep climbing towards the top of the waterfall and is nice too. Good for kids and children, just be careful on the bridges.

We have all seen waterfalls, some spectacular and some just nice. I would say this is a nice water fall. However the stroll through the forest to get there is most pleasant. There are 2 or 3 routes, some a bit more challenging than others. The primary walk is easy and takes maybe 15 minutes. The Falls are nice and... More

Such a refreshing leisurely walk thru the eucalyptus trees along the nature trail. The falls are quite scenic. Only 4km outside of town. There are other activities and a lot of history in the little village too. Worth the visit!

An excellent waterfall with easy access for all ages. The way up to it is relatively easy even for me with my bad knees. It's best to wear some rainwear.
