Excellent hike. Definitely not a walk in the park though. Some climbing of rocks and passing through the water is required. I would advise to walk the Canyon upwards. This is one of those opportunities to exercise and experience beautiful nature
It's spectacular, but you can't get far into the gorge without either wading the stream or climbing over some very large boulders using carved out hand and foot-holds (and even a dead tree as a ladder at one point).
