A really impressive cathedral, actually, one of the most impressive one's I've ever seen. It's HUGE and every corner of it is a gem. I accidently got in for free and spent at least half an hour in there.

This gothic cathedral is a jaw-dropper. From the flying buttresses to the gorgeous stained glass windows, this church is a bohemian jewel. If you are a fan of Pillars of the Earth, make time for a visit here.

This church is still a place of worship. The beauty is breathing. Don't miss it. There is a washroom nearby. Yay. The immediate surroundings are lovely. Wear excellent walking shoes. The small cobblestone are unusually difficult.

Very beautiful and interesting cathedral. An added bonus is that you can climb the stairs and go into the upper level, giving a new perspective of the sights below.

This doesn’t beat the “bone church” for uniqueness, but it is well worth your time and money to visit.

I get never tired from Kutná Hora, the St. Barbora is smaller than St. Vitus in Prague, but the architecture is somehow more delicate. The vault with coat of arms, the organ, oratory, old fresco paintings and double-arched flying butresses. Five naves are quite rare.

This church is a spectacular example of gothic architecture, it's got lots of interesting art inside, and it's a key part of the amazing history of Kutna Hora. St. Barbara was the saint to whom the miners prayed before entering the silver mines, as she...More

The church is clearly a testament to the richness of the area (silver mines). Nice old town, everything is walking distance. Not too many people pre-Easter

Yes, if you are staying in a hotel in Sedlec the concierge should know what transportation you can take going to Prague. Perhaps a rent a car is the best way as I did not see any buses when I was there.
