Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.

I was so intrigued to see how they would pull off a horror house like this and it did not disappoint. It is definitely not a cheesy or tacky side show - the whole experience is professional and unique! The rooms themselves are so well set up and the actors are incredible. Not for the faint hearted but definitely worth doing if you're into horror films / stories / sets. The bar is great for a cheeky drink too.

Highly Recommended. I screamed without rest, just as it should be for such a house. Very nice rooms, very good actors and the bar is just awesome!

DON’T GO THERE ! AVOID !

They are violent, rude and insulting.
Of course it was not the experience that my friends and I were expecting. They hit us in the back (my back in pictures) and in the bottom, pull our hair, and scratch us while insulting us !!!
At the end of the « game » we asked for explanations and they just told us « it’s the game, you paid for this, this is the home of the monsters ».
Don’t go there, save your money...and your health!!!

I Went to the fear house with my sister and was met by a rude man at the front of house. Didn’t speak great English and was very unhelpful. Told us to wait at the bar for 10 mins and he would come and get us, to which we waited at least 30 mins before he came and got us. Took us in the first ‘horror room’ to which he told us we weren’t allowed to touch the actors and the safe word if we wanted to stop the experience at any point. This was the only part of the his whole spiel that I could understand. Left us in the room were we weren’t sure what to do or where to go. When we move down the stairs to the other rooms, we were met with a lot of men in costumes who were very loud and screaming.

It Wasn’t till the last 2 rooms were they got physical and aggressive. A man dressed a pig ran from behind me and grabbed at me before running ahead of us into the next room were he proceeded to grab me again and physically push me against the wall and grab my arms. Tried to quickly escape into the next room as I was overwhelmed by how physical it was and I just wanted to leave at that point before being met by a bigger man dressed as clown with a chainsaw, which turned out to be a real motorised chainsaw without the chain, chased us from behind with the pig man running behind him. We started running to get away as he was very loud and close and grabbed me and I fell over on a step in the dark, flat on my front, which didn’t deter him any.

He was physically over the top of me, in my face and grabbing at me and shoving the chainsaw at me while my sister tried to pull him off. You think falling would make them stop but they seemed to enjoy it. I kept shouting the ‘safe word’ which was pikachu 3 times, which is so stupid in itself. He was still attacking me basically even though I was shouting the safe word repeatedly and my sister was trying to push him off but it was only after a few minutes he finally backed away laughing and they both left.

We then ran up the stairs to get out and we’re met with the same man who we paid with and told him what happened and he said that they probably didn’t hear us because of the mask and there was nothing he could do. He said he went and spoke to the person who ‘apologised’.

I went to the toilet and took off my tights to check my legs which were scraped and cut and starting to swell. I now have bruised both ankles and my elbow and 3 cuts on my legs and one on my ankle which was bleeding.

I asked for a refund and he flat out refused and said that I paid to be scared to which I replied that I paid to be scared not to be hurt and grabbed at. He said we could have a free drink at the bar which I said was unacceptable and that I wanted a refund not a free drink. He then proceeded to swear at me which is when I just left.

If anyone is considering the fear house in Prague i strongly advise not going because your just paying 450czk each for them to hurt you. It’s extremely unprofessional and dangerous and is run by a group of young adults who don’t care and can’t speak English which means there’s a language barrier.

I wish I read trip advisor before going because i would have avoided at all costs. I’m honestly surprised a place like this is still open when there’s been so many Individual incidents.

This was a bad experience. The fear house is located near Wenceslas Square, and I went during their Grand Opening party. After paying 450 CZK per person (way overpriced) and thinking we would get immediate access, we discover that there is a waiting list of over 1 hour. The fear house is run by young, unprofessional students. The "fear" involves them screaming at you in a dark room...this is simply annoying and provides a big headache. Also, some of them will physically push you around a dark room. This is actually quite dangerous and I can imagine it leading to many injuries.
I also imagine that the female participants in my group did not enjoy having the male Fear House characters touching them all over.

Ultimately, I believe this Fear House will be shut down soon over liability issues, or if not, a lawsuit due to injuries. I had a expected a technologically sophisticated and memorable Haunted house experience. Instead, I received a cheap, 15 minute show, where cheap Czech student labor simulates "fear" by yelling at you and pushing you around in a dark room.

I run scare attractions in the UK so visit others when on holiday. This is the worst I've ever seen, incredibly unprofessional. We prebooked and the guy at the desk told us to wait in the bar as he had a group in already (possibly a ploy to get you to spend at the bar as he said it to other groups). At the bar there were other staff and "actors" sat around, some in costume that spoilt any surprise. When we eventually went in, the guy taking us to the start stopped to have a conversation with his two friends, again, unprofessional. Inside, the attraction wasn't great but near the end, a male character pushed me so hard that I flew across the room and hit the floor. Bearing in mind this event is people aged 15 and over, it's totally unacceptable. I told him there and then he was out of order, this isn't what the attraction is about. In the last room, the same person came at us with a chainsaw; the chain is off so used carefully it can't hurt but he rammed it into the two of us so hard that it felt like a punch to the stomach. Really annoyed we finished the attraction and I realised that I was bleeding which I pointed out to the ticket guy when he asked what we thought. He thought it was fake blood at first but when he realised it was my blood, he was quick to point out that he doesn't know what happened as he wasn't there (depsite their being cameras everywhere). He called the "actor" out of the attraction who said it was a natural reaction to me pushing him which never happened, a complete lie. We were offered a free drink only to be patronised by another staff member and before I exploded, we left only to see two of the characters stood at the front door smoking and talking about what had happened. There is so much bad management here that it completely ruins the event and I've been to attractions across the world. A friend of mine had done the extreme version and said that even in that they don't touch you. So, why did it change on our visit? It felt like a group of friends ran the place who were just doing what they wanted to. Completely unprofessional and not worth the money for a ten-minute attraction.

The worst place I've been to. They tricked us down in a basement and said it was not scary and when we got down, my friend became ATTACKED !!!! from behind!!! She shouted at the monster to stop but it continued so we panicked, then my second friend was attacked !!!! We ran up and the manager showed a finger and the monster ran after. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SUCCESS POSITION. SICK. rudest staff ever

Firstly it's just stupid with terrible acting. My husband was laughing so they decided to grab his head and smash it against the wall . There was blood alright from his smashed head . They are lucky we didn't sue them as my husband got a huge lump and big cut on his nose.
Bar rude
Stay away

This was my first time I visited this kind of place - it’s a bar combined with an escape fear room. I really liked the idea that you can actually go for a drink and also visit the fear house. It was legit scary and it was not even a hard version. It takes approximately 15 minutes. Really cool place to go with friends. Unfortunately, they do not provide with food except little snacks like Nachos. My friend ordered a drink, she didn’t like it (it was really disgusting) and the bartender was a bit rude and basically told my friend that she should have ordered something else because this cocktail was prepared in the proper way and that it should taste like this - I think she should have apologized and not try to make her feel dumb. Cool place, average service. This place could be something outstanding. If the customer service is better, people would spread the word and increase its number of customers.
