This square is definitely one of the nicest in the world. It's fairly big so doesn't get very crowded (even though there's a lot of people going there). The buildings and churches look like art! Beautiful!

Total zoo during most of the day. I made the mistake of getting a hotel in the square...when I saw two counterfeit pool bears posing for pics with tourists, I had my first moment of regret. Would stay in Mala Strana or Hradcny if I...More

Never go during the August Holiday season. This place was packed every time we strolled through it. I'd like to go back when there are not so many tourists.

Undoubtedly, the Old Town Square is spectacular. In addition to the old astronomical clock, it has a number of old buildings with interesting facades. In fact. Most of old Prague is well protected because it was not a target during the World Wars. In fact,...More

The square has some stunning buildings but it's packed! A lot of the usual tourists traps and shops but a good spot to people watch.

Superb location to reflect on the old city and its architecture with hidden gems off the side streets. Gets, busy and a bit crowded, so chose when to go.

It's a mob scene getting to the Square on the narrow streets but then you arrive at the Square and the crowds disappear. Many restaurants and eating stands surround the Square and the Jan Hus statue is at one end. There are always colorful characters...More

We strolled through the square almost every time we went anywhere for a walk. It is interesting and has lots of restaurants.

One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents
the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is
bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický
square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle
in the background, is probably the most beautiful
square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere
of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and
squares, and stone towers blend together with the

We walked with my older mother without any problem. I suggest you to walk easy and enjoy the view. Use the hotel's map or city may to navigate ( so that you would not need to see your smartphone all the time).
