An absolute must see when in Prague. A walk through the gorgeous streets of the old town leads you to this beautiful bridge, with stunning gothic architecture and a beautiful view of the river and city. Once across the bridge I highly recommend the view tower, which only costs a few pounds and is well worth is for breath taking... More

Very special, like a museum and site all in one. So crowded! Your best bet is to go very early. Also take time to cross it at night - the views are great. If you just want to get to the other side of Prague, take another bridge!! :)

Very romantic place to visit - try to go on a weekday if u can, lots of Chinese tourists can crowd the place up a bit (lovely people, lots of them walking around with their self sticks :) :) )

Great view of Prague Castle and the city. Great place to people watch as well. Oldest bridge in the city, was partially destroyed by flood.

Charles Bridge is THE beautiful and old bridge. (One of the major attractions in Prague) Only pedestrians are allowed on this amazing old architectural beauty. On both sides of the bridge you will find artists displaying their paintings. One gets a perfect view to both sides of the city with the river. Night time view gives a brilliant view of... More

Cross the bridge with a good guide or guidebook so you can learn more about the significance of the many statues. There are crowds of people crossing every day. It is surely one of the most beautiful bridges in Europe.

The statues along the bridge have very interesting historical tales. Be sure to read up about the bridge and its history to make the most of a walk along it.

The bridge is ornate and beautiful but be prepared for a variety of street vendors selling a variety of touristy items

The bridge is amazing the statues, you can actually feel the history as you walk across it. Especially sunset is a must especially for couples. You have can have the castle in the background with lights stunning

Definitely one of the coolest spots in Praha. Especially neat at night. Both sides of the bridge offer some photo opportunities.
