One of the unique selling points about this bar is that the tram (no11) stops almost outside the front door. Well it would if it were running! At the time of writing, October 2016, the tramlines were in the process of being renovated and tram 11 was terminating several miles away with no apparent bus replacement service. The works appear... První Pivní Tramway (First Beer Tram) is in my opinion one of the best settings to go for a beer in the whole of Prague and also the easiest to get to as the tram you travel on to get here stops right outside of this splendid pub.První Pivní Tramway opened on the 17th of March 1997 with three draught... All as described, very easy to get to, barely any walk from tram to bar, and great interior, Staff very friendly and helpful, easy to work out beer details, reasonably priced, beer quality top notch with mostly beers from smaller Czech breweries, what's not to like. A break from the tourist area, well worth the effort.

I try to like this place but every time I visit, something isn't quite right. The last time I was there was in October and despite advertising that it opens at 2pm, when I got there just before 3pm the place was locked up. A shame because I do love the beer there.

Prvni Pivni Tramway (First Beer Tram) is one of the best settings you will ever go to drink good quality Czech beer.Located in the neighborhood area of Prague called Zabehlice it is not in the city centre but very easy to get to just jump tram 11 to end of line Sporilov and the tram drops you off right outside... This pub is located at the end of tram line 11, a 25 min journey from the peace sq, it looks rough but is quite funky and looks like an old fashioned tram car inside, friendly staff, limited English, but better than my Czech. Worth a look if you have a couple of hours to kill and fancy a chance... More

Interesting set up right at end of tram 11 - decor alone makes it worth checking out. Friendly service and great choice of beer - everything on draft detailed above bar but also selection of bottles tucked away towards back room.

My previous review slated this for honesty yet I have now been back a few times and I have been charged correctly every time the beer range is better than ever and food is still good

To get to this bar you have to take the tram right out of the city to the end of the line station at Sporilov. Take tram 6 or 11 will get you there. We went to get some food and beer. My only regret is that i didnt print the menu translation off beforehand as the menu they have... More

Must see place on Prague. Very nice place with few local beers. By tramway 11 about 20minutes from center. Landlord is perfectly informed about beer with his beer lists. Also food is well. Can recommend.
