The area
Neighbourhood: Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.

It's just beautiful buildings. We don't know where to look. Raise your head and observe. Le n01 le 10, le 14.... it is a must-see street for its architecture. Well the ground floors are occupied by luxury brands.

Fashion, jewelry, fragrance, cosmetics- all by well known fashion designers are available here. I am not sure who travels to Prague to shop, but if you are looking for something that is not available in your country and you want it, then go ahead shop here and splurge. This is the most elegant - think 5th Ave or Madison Ave in Manhattan- shopping. Don't expect to find any bargains here!
But even if you don't plan to shop, just taking a stroll down the street is very much worth while.
The buildings are truly beautiful, all in the Art Nouveau style, each different, many picture opportunities. Don't just walk looking down. To truly enjoy this street you must stop periodically and look all the way up to the rooftops!
Parizska street connects the Old Town Square with Czech bridge (Staromestske namesti with Cechuv most). St. Nicholas church is at the corner. If you decide to walk towards the bridge, and after you cross it, you can climb steep steps to a park above the river for the most beautiful views. And if that is not enough, you can find your way thru parks all the way to the Castle. Passing by the Metronome and the Hanavsky pavilion (restaurant) with amazing views of the river and the many bridges.

The boulevard runs from the Old Town square to the Vltava river and is the luxury shopping street of Prague. It is lined on both sides with old style buildings which are home to high-end stores and luxury hotels. The prague river cruise also departs from a pier near the Cechuv Bridge at the end of the street.

The street is a shoppers' dream come true and a nightmare for his wallet. Its proximity to the Old Town square and the river makes it difficult to miss.

Ladies, we all know shopping can be fun. Maybe not so much in a crowded mall, trying to find your way through 8 floors.

On Parizska street in Prague, shopping is a pure luxury experience.
If you are shopping here, you already know what you want. And you most likely don't mind spending your money.
Elegant stores, high fashion designers and Cartier jewelry.
But if for whatever reason you don't want to part with your money, come anyway.

Parizska street is one of the most beautiful streets in Prague.
Before all the glitz and glamour moved in, it was just a beautiful tree-lined boulevard with lots of interesting architecture.

So yes, window shopping can be fun too, especially on such beautiful, elegant street.
When I was there, most people did just that...

New fashion designers and an old world architecture blending in on this street.
Parizska street is a beautiful, tree lined boulevard, with luxurious shops on each side.
The architecture - each building is a masterpiece - is what makes me want to walk through every time I come back to Prague.

There is really no advantage for me to shop here, surely I can find it all in Manhattan.
Yet, I never miss coming here for a leisurely stroll ending by the river ....

I am not into shopping that much anyway me and partner visited this place for an afternoon walk and it was great. All the glitters and glamorous facade you can enjoy here. The streets are clean and neat with trees grow in boths side of the road cover bring you the ambieance of romantic walk. Very very nice place to visit and shops if you like to

Parizska Street is one of the most beautiful streets in Prague and it is located in Josefov (Jewish) District in Old Town and runs from Old Town Square towards Svatopluk Čech Bridge and Metronome. Total length of the street is about 500 metres and it is full of high-fashion boutiques and some of the most beautiful examples of Art Nouveau style. The street was planned at the end of XIX century as an effort to redevelop jewish ghetto. There are also some of the top sights in Prague, like St. Nicholas' Church, Old New Synagogue and renaissance building of Jewisih Town Hall. Absolutely must see!

I liked Parizska not because of exclusive shops, but of the beautiful buildings. This is one of the streets you just like to walk down with your head raised and mouth open.

Sitting very exclusively in Pragues Jewish quarter is Paris Street, You'll see all the designer stores you will see in any major city around the world here. Dolce and Gabbana, Boss, Benetton etc. I have to say as a humble budgeted tourist, I had to admire the architecture and the fine looking synagogue on the street, because I certainly couldn't afford what was on offer in most of the shops!!
A tour guide brought us down as a part of a tour of the Jewish quarter of Prague, it was quite ironic that a Hugo Boss store sat opposite a synagogue where there was a massacre, though not with the Nazis, actually back in the 1500's. Hugo Boss was the designer of all the Nazis clothes during the war, and seems a tad ironic to see such a shop in such a place, but then hey! Paris Street eh!

Visited on Thursday 12th October whilst on a guided tour of the Jewish Quarter and Old Town Square. Our tour guide took us down this street and pointed out some of the beautiful old buildings and explained their past life and what they are used for now, very interesting.
