The tragic history of this once-great house of the well-to-do Classen family is reason enough to visit, especially on Thursdays when there is no admission charge. However, due to the fact that the family had to sell most things off to make ends meet before selling off the property itself, there are few actual "artefacts" in the museum itself. Instead... More

We went expecting maybe something about Sopot but after we paid to get in it soon became clear that the whole museum was taken up with a temporary exhibition just about rugby! Alas neither my partner or me have any interest in rugby and as I only speak minimal Polish I couldn't even understand it if I wanted to! There... More

Nothing special, only a few rooms with old furniture. Everything was described in Polish. One room was furnished with brand new stuff of a featured brand....that was irritating.

Two exhibitions: fixed - Interior villa with a gift of Sopot and variables. Exposures variables on very different topics. It is necessary to check every few months. I met some very interesting arrangements. Sold in various souvenirs (catalogs, posters) related to the exhibitions. More interesting exhibitions "Collection of Chinese ceramics", "fashionable lady (summer 1920) in Sopot", "spa in Sopot", "Forest... More
