I like this place. It looks futuristic and industrial at the same time. Interesting events take place there. However, it is clear that the building and its surroundings quickly began to deteriorate. People have worn out the grass a bit on the lawn, which is not allowed to be entered. The paint is slowly peeling off and the concrete is cracking. Even though the building was built recently.

Very modern place, with lots of great soultion. Also very high roof inside make enormous impression. Also great localization, in "culture area", which is placed on the old mine area.
