Walked to plaszow from schindlers museum, the walk was a challenge as not a major recognised tourist destination. Found the grey house and site via trip advisors directions on Google. It's not a big site and nothing much to see but if your going to...More

It's sad when you know that such a pretty place was once the location of an unimaginable horror. The tall memorial draws you in to see what is behind it. There isn't much there, except some information boards, but they are well worth reading.

We visited the site on a beautiful sunny afternoon. You’d be forgiven for thinking that you’re walking through a country park, or similar, as the landscape now is quite pleasant. It’s sobering to think that such barbaric & cruel acts were committed here & that...More

We left Schindler ‘s factory and walked to the site of Plaszow Concentration Camp. It was a little tricky to find but how glad we were that we made the effort. The site has a kind of managed wildness and is covered with beautiful trees,...More

Plaszow concentration camp is no more, and it hasn't been a real place in a long time, the Nazis in ww2 saw to that. It was a very sad place. What most of us today remember of Plaszow is what we learned from a Stephen...More

A 25 minute walk from Oskar's factory this quiet open place with no buildings is visible from the main road. Stones mark where buildings once stood and there are a few small memorials. It is peaceful and green but impresses upon on you the devastating...More
