This has a grand bazaar feel if Turkey. But 1/10th the size. Souvenirs are not bad but after all these years of travelling, I have finally realised that these souveniers ultimately lie around at home as unwanted suoerflous objects that probably has relevance only to...More

Definitely worth a visit. The building itself was lovely. The market is greatly overpriced. Many options and vendors though and central so you can get a lot in one place.

Lovely place to pop in for a few and look around. It was pretty busy when we were there so it was a bit too crowded, but I feel like at another time it would have been more enjoyable to stroll around.

Nothing but gift shops one after the other. For someone who lothes trinkets, I think it's a shame to use such an historic building to allow people to sell such junk.

Nothing in here except souvenirs and virtually all of them exactly the same! Worth a walk through but if you are expecting anything unique, look elsewhere!

An interesting place to visit but the stalls all had the same goods for sale. I think the prices were more expensive than shops further away from the market square. There was no hard sell which I appreciated and certainly there was every shape or...More

The traditional cloth hall sits in the centre of the main square. I think the building is the only traditional thing about it. I’m sure in the past locals would sell goods to each other however now it is just full of tourist toot. Still...More

We visited Cloth Hall on Palm Sunday and it was very ornate and busy. There are lots of small open shop stalls packed with things to buy. The crafting of the items are amazing and the prices are cheaper than in the local tourist shops....More

Dont buy your souvenirs out there at the shops along the market square before you visited here, it has a lot of variety and selections.

You could try but its not expensive so why bother, they are not extravagant people and are trying to earn a living. The whole area is magical you won't care aboutcthe prices.
