No need! Just drive to the place. Get a good map as the starting point is a bit off the beaten track but there is plenty of parking spaces and just buy your tickets at the kiosk there. I have done the trip several times. I've never booked through an agency. The only thing to consider is that in high season it gets very busy so try and get there early and avoid weekends. It is a fabulous trip. Oh and don't forget to book a ticket for the mini bus back to your car. You buy these at the same place you get the rafting ticket. It really is as simple as that. Good luck.
