Best Japanese garden I've seen outside of Japan!

Despite a large school group arriving just after us, this was a very serene visit. The gardens are immaculate and a joy to visit.

Good attraction. Not sth special though. Ideal for a picnic and worth the visit. You could go there after walking at the park near the centennial hall. It was a small entrance fee

But if you were visiting the Botanical Gardens and/or Zoo/Conference Centre, then yes, you would wish to have a look. It was closed when I visited but it is pretty visible from with the Botanical Gardens anyway.

What a lovely spot. In the summer, walk to the other side of the garden, out onto the wooden pier on the lake and lie down to take in the beautiful surroundings. Dont forget to say hello to the cute ducks and curious huge fish that swim right up to you! Really cheap entrance fee so no excuse not to... More

What a lovely garden. Although there were many people it felt tranquil and relaxing. It is beautifully landscaped and clean.

It's a very small japanese garden, but very well organised and kept up. Moreover, very close to the japanese garden, just outside the fence, you can go for a nice walk in a beautiful park full of colorful and hidden bridges.

It is the place where you can rest, place for harmony and peace. I have read about it but didn't have the wish to go there. And I am happy that I didn't skip it.
