Worth having a look at as it is unique and interesting. This sculpture is simple but bold and has a strong statement.

Dietrich von Bonhoeffer is one of my heroes so I was excited to see the memorial. I loved the simplicity of the sculpture from an art point of view too.

Wrocław have couple of great memorials like Pomnik Anonimowego Przechodnia, but Bonhoeffer Memorial is not one of them. Simple, a little tired by time and without knowing a history behind it- uninteresting. Viewing a photo i just enough.

With all due respect to Dietrich Bonhoeffer, the memorial should not be a very important sightseeing point during your trip. However, if I didn't come across the memorial, I wouldn't know about this heroic figure at all.
