Well worth a visit. The owner was the man who virtually set-up the Lodz and European textile industry. The wealth he accumulated is shown in this fabulous mansion.

Very low cost to enter this small but interesting museum which shows how the factory owners used to live in comfort. Only negative was that we had to have a member of staff in the same room as us at all times so it felt...More

On one hand very good impression when you may see well renewed manufacture owner's palace. But on the other hand these old workers' flats blocks (on Przedzalnicza street) show how many people were working for one's fortune.

Lots of wonderful European art on display in a lovely house - a must for all history buffs and great house fans. A really pleasant place to visit.
