So much has been written that I won't take too much space. This is well worth the time and effort to get to. Many photo ops both during the day and night. Very lively, very energetic. Don't miss. A great picture into the past.

On a hot summer day the Ratusz is a wonder to behold. It has a nice contrast with the cloudless sky. In the evenings it lights up nicely like a medieval castle with all the turrets and little windows.

The town hall in the old market square in Poznan is a good example of a successful renovation job. Looks really impressive and is the highlight of the square. Worth visiting at 12pm to see the goats come out from the tower.

This Renaissance building dominates the city. Make sure to be there at noon when you will see the fighting goats.

Spread over three floors, interesting to a point, but could be better. Outside was heaving but empty inside. There are some old and I mean old relics there which makes you wonder how they have survived. The original pillory figure (switched with a copy in...More

Went to see/hear the two wooden goats which butt heads daily at noon in a window above the city hall clock after the bells have rung and a trumpeter has blown his horn. The building is impressive, the goats just a lot of crowd-pleasing fun.
