Contemplate the time of war and all the sacrifice of life of those killed look at eternal Flame and feel blessed to live in time of peace in Europe. Change of guard is every hour .done with such dignity and honour..
Evocative monument to the unknown soldier proceeds under the arches of the portico of the old building that once stood in the plaza whose gardens are now the Saxons gardens. Do not miss the changing of the guard with its gear and small ceremony. @gargio76
We saw this monument as we were walking through the central park. The monument is very nice and has a couple of solders guarding it. We worth a visit and its free!
Heart of Warsaw and ceremonial park of the tomb of the unknown soldier in Warsaw. Simple changing of the guard at hours that are prescribed. Gardens behind the monument worth a look
