- SamWiesbaden, Germany140 contributionsBeautiful picturesque parkVery big picturesque park, with the summer residence of the former King, with side building's like the Orangerie, Academy etc. Took also the audio guide for just 3zl more, definitely worth it, gives a lot of background information on everything. Definitely need to take some time to stroll through the entire park.Visited August 2020Travelled as a coupleWritten August 21, 2020
- HalcatraEdinburgh, United Kingdom483 contributionsWonderful walkI regret that I never have enough time here. You could honestly walk through the park for hours, it is so wonderful! Even with a lot of people inside you can find the areas when you can be totally on your own. There are also a lot of historic buildings, some of them you can visit inside too. There are animals living in the park, like squirells, peacocks - a lot of nice photo opportunities. It is such a wonderful, quiet and green oasis in the middle of the city.Visited February 2020Written February 4, 2020
- TeeGee62409 contributionsLargest Park in WarsawAlthough it was a dreary cloudy day when we were in Lazenki Park, the grounds and gardens were full of colour, with lilacs, spring blooms, peacocks and some of the most beautiful ducks I'd ever seen. The "Orangery" which housed exotic trees, including orange trees, hence the name, now houses sculptures. The Island Palace is exquisite, the Amphitheatre is reminiscent of a Roman theater, so much to see here while strolling through the pathways .... a must see while in Warsaw.Visited May 2019Written February 13, 2020

These stunningly beautiful gardens are easily the best thing to see in Warszawa. There are picturesque lakes, grand buildings and a beautiful park and gardens, all free. They are quite big and not really that busy. We enjoyed a coffee on a terrace in a grand building with a view of the park down below, which we would recommend. Worth spending a bit of time here and relaxing.

Beautiful park with lots of wildlife and plants. Well worth a visit. Easy to get to by public transport. Houses are nice but the park is better.

The most amazing park in Warsaw ( maybe even in Poland). It was perfect place for a weekend relax, although it might be crowded.

Wow what an amazing place! You can walk around the park for free which is beautiful with lots of wildlife. The palace and other bits are definitely worth paying to enter as they are beautiful.

I didn’t go inside but park and surroundings are pretty accessible for wheelchair users. I came in through a park which had quite long slopy hill going down towards the building, but nothing too steep or unmanageable. No public accessible toilets though

Beautiful garden, with friendly squirrels and nice ducks, peacocks. It is relaxing even wintertime, it can be very more beautiful any other season also.

Lazienki Palace is a historical royal residence from 1793. Originally, it was built as a spa, but later it was rebuilt into a magnificent palace in the classicist style. Other buildings were gradually added to the castle, such as the theater, the White House villa, the orangery, as well as water channels and paths, thanks to which the area was transformed into a park and garden in the English style.
It is nice when you visit it in nice weather, not like we in a blizzard :) It is very nice place.

The best experience during our stay in Warsaw, highly recommend - full of nice little spots to sit and relax. Take with you some nuts for squirrels, you won't regret it!

Το πάρκο δεν έχει εισιτήριο. Για την βαρκάδα στην λίμνη υπάρχει κάποιο μικρό εισιτήριο. Το παλάτι τον Ιούνιο που πήγα ήταν κλειστό.
Does the park close, if so what time?

I don't know for sure if it closes, but due to the fact that there are lockable gates I would assume there are opening hours for day times.

Boa tarde, a entrada no Parque é livre. Há, no entanto, actividades pagas como é o caso do jardim botânico e outras, que se encontram devidamente identificadas.
