We stumbled across the Hala Mirowski while on our Ghetto tour. We walked in the main entrance only to discover that it sure didn’t look like any of the photos posted on TA. We made a 180 and got the heck out!

A local fruit, meat, cheese, baked goods market. Very clean, smells well. Nice atmosphere. The fish and cheese are tasty. You can have a breakfest in the nearby park.

I was expecting the Hala Mirowska to be modernised by now... It has not changed much since the 1970's and walking through the place was like a bad dream - drab and stuffy. Maybe one day it will be restored and done up like the...More

HALA MIROWSKA is nothing more than a market that sells fresh fruit, vegetables, fish and meats and in that respect is nothing that special but a little delving into the history of Hala Mirowska is a little bit more revealing. From 1899 until 1901 is what time...More
