Went there looking for a great day out with my daughter but were quite disappointed. Lots of empty and muddy enclosures. Bored looking animals. All signposts are in Polish so was hard to make out which way to go. No map given when buying tickets. The Hippo aquarium was awesome and lovely and warm seeing as we visited on a... More

The zoo in Warsaw is huge but best to visit when the weather is a bit warmer. I visited with my partner early April and lots of the animals were still inside due to the chilly weather. However we still had a really good day and spent the whole day walking around, having lunch and enjoying ourselves.

Great for a day out both for adults and children. Interesting exhibits and really worth going during feeding times usually happening around 10 am and 2pm. During my recent visit to Warsaw I have spent nearly the whole day there.

We thought this was excellent value at about £5 and kids / students for £3 and an excellent Zoo. Its easy to find as the trams and Buses stop outside, a short walk through a park to the entrance. They have a good variety of animals and the looked well kept. They also have a large amount of specimen trees... More

The Warsaw Zoo is listed on the city's main "top ten" attractions. I am a big zoo lover but wouldn't rate it this high because it has nothing better/more than other zoos worldwide. - Since it was destroyed in the war (besides the director's house in which some hidden jews survived the holocaust), you can see how it was rebuilt:... Warsaw zoo is very beautiful . Los of animals have a big cages and a lot of space but there is a lot of big animals that need more space . The new aquarium is very pretty and it might be the only chance for people to see real shark . There is not enough public washrooms as there are... More

Loved our trip to Warsaw zoo. We had checked the entrance price and at about £2.50 we thought the zoo must be tiny and only allowed 3 hours for our visit, we could have spent all day there! Huge variety of animals, both inside and outside exhibits. Animals looked well cared for as far as we could see. A must... More

This place has animals just like every other zoo. tiny cages to hold mighty animals which is hardly a new concept. What is note worthy is the completely wild peacocks roaming around the zoo seemly unchecked. nothing is more thrilling than screaming like a girl while on a date as a peacock charges towards you. A must for all those... More

Visited the zoo on our recently city break to Warsaw. The zoological gardens are a must see! The best zoo I've ever been to with a wide variety of animals to see, including reptiles, bugs and tropical fish. The zoo gives you plenty of hours of fun.
