While not filled wall to wall with masterpieces, you will find artists you have never heard of before. Some pieces are fantastic and make the visit worthwhile. One gripe is the poor lighting in many galleries. It makes viewing difficult.

Impressive building and some of the most beautiful paintings i've ever seen. Mostly by famous Hungarian artists but also found works from El Greco, Gauguin and others.

Spend a couple of hours roaming the hall of this museum. Nice collection, sprinkled with some modern art works at the upper floors. Something to pass time with while at the Castle Hill district.
