Miskolctapolca is a nice laid-back and old-fashioned small resort town. The feeling was like being in a time tunnel back to the 50's :-) The cave bath looks wonderful at first sight and the location is really breathtaking. The downside was that apparently it is...More

Highly recommended! Very relaxing bathes - both inside the caves and the ones that are outside. Of course, a very busy place, but everything is well organized by the staff. Many signs - that will help you not to get lost. Enjoy your stay!

Although the place is full of people, it's a beautiful place, fun to swim in the caves, and sunbathe outside by the pools.

Wonderful experience swimming through the cave baths. Lots of families and all generations seemed to be enjoying themselves together. Kids' pools outside were very clean and lots of fun. Food is terrible and fatty, the locals had their own cool boxes with them.

Not worth making a day trip. The cave baths are worth spending several hours in, and you'll not want to clock watch.
