This is a lovely little church situated in one of Bratislava's most beautiful and popular squares namely Hlavne Namesti. Originally a protestant church, it is now used by the Jesuits. For a small fee, you can climb to the top of the tower for a panoramic view of the Old Town.

This mid sized church with a pretty tower is located in the Hlavne Namestie (main square) of the old town in Bratislava. It's quite pretty from the outside, but nothing too exciting in the interior. The crypt area beneath is interesting and worth a quick visit.

Once the Protestant Slovak Church, The Holy Saviour, it is now a Jesuit Church and the most imposing structure in Old Town Square, Bratislava. There is a small narrow walkway to the left of the tower, looking at it from the square. That is where the entrance is located. It is not as gorgeous as some churches you will see,... More

We have visited the Jesuit Church from outside due to time constraint. It was quite small in size and situated in the centre of the Old Town Square. Will pay a visit to the internal part of the Church next time.

It was a pleasure to drop in to view the church and unexpectedly find the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament for adoration. A well-spent half hour in good company. An oasis of peace.

A beautiful church set just off the main square. An arch to the side leads to another courtyard where at different times of the year can be found entertainment.

This is clearly a church that is alive and well, and in constant use, and it was only our fourth visit that we didn't find mass in progress. Even then there were people praying, and it's important to go in with a respectful attitude. The interior is beautiful.
