This specific place in the Pavilnys Regional Park is a viewing spot to look out over the valley, the river Vilnia, and the Pūčkoriai cannon foundry. The place is just a short walk from the nearest bus stop and there are connecting paths down to the valley to the foundry and the Belmontas area. There is a café nearer to the road but that was closed i September when we visited.
Many other spots in the park could be difficult to reach for people with disabilities, but this place should be fine. My recommendation is to take the whole day and see many different park of the park, but if I have to pick just one, this is the best!

Lovely place for relaxing and viewing the landscape. Also there is a WW2-era bunker there and you may enter it freely. However, watch your shoes.

A very short distance by car from the center of Vilnius, the woods at pūčkorių atodonga provide a quiet spot for hiking. The initial climb up wooden stairs gets you to a platform overlooking the river Vilnia. From there, you can choose a couple of paths that meander off into the woods.

This is a gorgeous park with plenty of areas to walk through. I spent at least half a day here and really enjoyed walking along the river and along the mountain area. There were plenty of locals walking along with dogs so I loved it for that as well.

Great scenic view over the river and old manufacture. In autumn especially impressive because of colourful trees around. Free entrance. Available for wheelchairs

Really unexpected experience! Not only a spot to come and see but also a place for a long walk (about 5-6 km). The path leads to a beautiful place - Belmontas (google it)! Definitely worth visiting with comfortable shoes!
