This is a lovely old building, but we felt quite sad to see it when we were there as it is up for sale and felt a wee bit un-loved!! I hope someone buys it and gets it going again

This was one of my high points in Jurmala. I was very sad to see that this building, that was once so famous, is now on sale... It is still in good shape, let's hope someone buys it and makes something nice out of it, instead of letting it all ruin down...

Nice old building but it is not in use and is currently for sale. Good to use as a point of reference while walking on the beach. Shame that it is not used.

it was built at the beginning of 20 century for healthy bathes with warm sea water and herbs. It was working all year. At the beginning of 2000 it was repaired at looks like it was when it was built. Now it`s on sale(

Very ice historic peace of wooden architecture. Unfortunaltely is was closed and for sale this Summer. Let us hope it will not deterioriate to much and that the future owner will not tear it down, as happened to may old properties in Jurmala.

Very nice old building by the beach of jurmala near majori. For many years it served as a resort's spa center. After renovation the building is for sale.

The building is still in good condition and worth the walk along the beach to see some of the old style places
