Took the walking tour today. Our guide, Kaspas, was very well informed - lots of insight into the history and culture, a variety of locations to view and even a few hints on where to eat.

Thx to Kaspers for funny and very informative tour, you made that rainy day in Riga much better!:) It's good to go out of the old town and see alternative part of Riga. Our guide also provided very useful tips about the city.

Kaspas our guide was a true character, very well informed and suitably opinionated. He managed to keep a huge (unusually large apparently) group together and fully involved. Would have prepared a different part of town for his talents but would still recommend the tour.

there was a choice of 2 tours, one covered mainly the old town, the other covered the main sights and also the Moscow area. I would also recommend the hop on hop off bus tour
