It cost € 5 to go to the top of the tower in the lift (we had a voucher from a book we bought at the airport)the views are excellent but do wrap up war it's cold up there in winter

The ticket to the elevator is pretty expensive, but it is well worth going up to enjoy the 360 degrees views of Riga, the colours of the rooftops and all the towers and spikes around the city.
