Sited close to the salt mine. The wonderful, solid statue is located in a peaceful park and grounds. Worth a visit to think about the importance of this Pope and his Polish origins.

Walk down the hill from the mine and a small park to you right take you the the statue with seating close by to ponder and reminder what this man meant to the people of Poland.

Of course its nice because its Jean Paul II, but it is just a statue so if you pass its lovely. Nothing special.
