It's not one of the seven natural wonders of the world but it's interesting in its own right. Easy to walk around it and look at different perspectives. The bridge that crosses the river is cool too. Watch for jumping salmon.

Venta waterfall with surrounding grounds are so beautiful! On sunny day long walk is amazing. Something definitely worth seeing when in this part of Latvia.

It is a huge water fall, a favorite place for families, especially in a warm summer day. There are a couple of ice cream vendors in the vicinity. One of them has a fantastic creamy ice cream with small chunks of coco cookies and blue...More

It's a really beautiful place to hangout for a bit and just enjoy the nature in peace. The whole town of Kuldiga is very cosy.

This was a fun day trip to the charming town of Kuldiga. You can drive right to the waterfalls but we parked in town and walked through the charming village. I would highly recommend the walk. This was such a fun visit! Beautiful Kuldiga!

Ok, so it depends on the time of year, but if you watch closely, using the telescope near the bridge, you can see fish jumping trying to go upstream. Widest waterfall is the claim! And it is situated by the lovely town gardens.

Kuldiga is a small but very nice city and the attraction number one - waterfall. Actually this is a small waterfall, I mean not height but long in width. Waterfall goes trough river with beautiful bridge and good view to take some photo shots.
