This is the village where pictures are used on postcards, brochures etc to promote Switzerland. As a result, the expectation is high and it really does live up to it. Awesome views and plenty to do in the village. Great restaurants, bars and shops too....More

Very pleasant, serene, and lasting views. The trains go there, and we did at least one leg of our day trips in them taking in the views while relaxing in the trains.

There is a Co-op opposite the railway station close to the Murren cable car
