This is a perfect get away for a day if you are in central Switzerland. Good for a break with fresh air amongst caves and waterfalls. People friendly from a couple to a big family. Experience what Mother gives us through the ages, caves and waterfalls. The park is very well kept with small streams of water running through the... More

See 10 waterfalls that run inside and outside of a mountain. A lift takes you up to the 6th fall and you walk up to see 6-10. Then you walk down to see 1-5. You won't believe the roar of the water. Just beautiful and awe-inspiring.

When visiting the Lauterbrunnen region, I'd highly recommend a visit to the Trummelbach Falls. The falls are located inside the mountains and are spectacular! You really get to see the raw power of nature as the water cuts through the mountains to form these waterfalls. Of course as the walkways and stairs do get wet, make sure you wear comfortable... We were recommended to go here by some people we met on our travels, so caught the local bus to the falls and were not disappointed. They were deafening, beautiful and refreshing. The formations they have created in the rocks as well as the different ways the water falls is a sight to see. A beautiful walk back into town... More

This was a great place to visit, with Amazing waterfalls, but so scary too. If you're not afraid of heights you'll love it. I was with my two kids aged 16 and 9. I made it to the top but was petrified the whole way that my kids would slip off the side of the walkway up. Personally I didn't... More

We had some time to tour the town today and opted for a trip to this area to view the 10 falls formed from the runoff of the 3 major peaks when snow melts. The water rushing was so forceful that the sound was almost deafening but wonderful at the same time. There was an elaborate cave system to walk... More

The falls are neat and interesting, but I wasn't blown away by it. Hiking through the alps is a mind-blowing experience, but water rushing through the rock inside the mountainside just pales a bit in comparison. It costs money to get in to see it and there is a fair amount of walking on slick surfaces. It is really cold... More

Sometimes you go back to places you visited as a kid and they don't live up to the wonderful memories you have of them. Trummelbach was actually even better than I remembered. A wonderful walk up and down the falls that cascade down inside (and outside the mountain) - a really feeling of the power of nature at work. Beautiful... More

One of the best places to see is the one which is normally difficult to access. The place is open generally in the summer time when the water melts from the Eiger, Monch, and Jungfrau that runs through this mountain.. Having natural beauty is one thing…preserving it an making it available to enjoy for others is what Swiss is known... More

This is a must see for us to understand the majestic and the power of a waterfall. The pathway inside the cave is wet due to the water sprinkling from the waterfall. Please ensure to bring raincoat especially for your little ones.
