Not particularly helpful. The staff were reluctant to provide any worthwhile map of Fremantle and tried to fob me off with an inferior and minimalist pamphlet style map. Do not indulge if the "free" bikes that are available, unless you are confident with rusted bikes...More

A good place to get some detailed information about the attractions and transport. Interestingly they also have staff volunteers, identified by their yellow jackets, walking the streets and happy to help any wayward visitor.More

The staff were very helpful with mostly transport arrangements for us on getting to Perth via rail or river cruise.

We got there 10 minutes before closing time the lady was most helpful not rushing at all and gave us the information we needed.

As we expected they have the brochures, timetables, maps, information and and can make bookings. Do not forget that Freo has two free CAT bus routes, with frequent services. that can get you around much of the town.More

The very friendly staff were keen to offer advice and information. Best part was the free "hire" of two electric bikes. They are awesome and great for those few parts of the cycle paths with hills.More
