The best of Banks Peninsula! Enjoy a harbour cruise with Hector dolphins, a nature safari with wild penguins and experience the serenity of tame, friendly Alpacas. Finish off the day with a wine tasting at the very special French Peak vineyard.

Old power station turned into a community gallery attracting high quality exhibitions and occasional concerts. And right next to the art and the grand piano is the restored power generator. Charming juxtaposition. Well worth the very short walk to reach this place.

This is off the main Street but unfortunately was closed when I went to see it. It was rather difficult to find as off the beaten track

As others have commented, the original power generator is the main attraction here.- if you are so inclined.
