This place was recommended by our Casa owner. There were two bands on, swapping places for breaks. The dancefloor is rather small, but it works. There was a group of men, who seemed to be the club's lady entertainers, ie they would grab girls coming...More

This was a great club to attend just along the street from Plaza Mayor. The bands rotate through on 45 minute sets. Pay for each set as you linger, or buy a CD, its the only money the players make from the gig, the house...More

Fantastic salsa bar where local professionals invite you to dance. The music is contagious. Mojitos are alright but I have tasted better. If you'd like to snack on something while you drink, bring it! - nothing is available inside.

Great place to hang out. Lots of great music during the day and night. Beautiful building a block down from the old plaza. I heard some of the best music during the day. A venue for all kinds of music. Nice place to chill.

Casa de La Trova is really nice place with real traditional cuban music, you can dance, or just watch the old and young dancers and in the meantime you can drink a fine mojito or a canchanchara or just a cold beer if you want...More
