Very nice walk along the path. Not from the area so had no idea what to expect. Enough people around so felt safe. Very shady and the path is wide and easy to walk on. Great history!

We had a late day stroll along the canal pathway. Beautiful, scenic treelined path gave a refreshing and cool shade as we walked along the Potomac.
