In the desert it was do nice to see this beautiful lake surrounded by red rock mountains. It was very serene to just side by the lake and watch the sail boats.

Lake Mead is a beautiful lake located near Las Vegas. We enjoyed the views, the visitor center. We had a very nice lunch at Lake Mead Marina. This is an easy trip to find a little nature near Las Vegas.
