The drive in cool chilly weather was excellent. The audio CD guide provided for the tour is quite informative and exhaustive. It was a thrilling experience to climb to the summit in chilling and gushing winds in hazy visibility

Went to the White Mountains and expected they would be White. They were green. Not what I was expecting. Hiked the Appalacian Trail. Thought I'd see some bald eagles and at least one American flag blowin' in the breeze. Did not. Yet again, not what...More

We camped out, drove Mt. Washington, went to story book village, searched for covered bridges...my girls and I had such an amazing time, we love New Hampshire and all the beauty it has to offer.

I will never forget my brisk hikes in the colorful and photogenic White Mountains. This area is cool in summer, though be prepared for mosquitoes. It is sumptuous and super-chromatic in fall. I really enthuse about this area, including the National Forest and the parks.

I went to White Mountains to enjoy Falls in the third week of October which is though not so-called the ideal time to see fall but we luckily got to get some good colours taking the right paths. By the time we reached, Kancamagus Highway...More

The Kancamagus highway that runs between Lincoln and Conway is beautiful! There are many stops along the way to see falls, scenic overlooks...We took that road many times during our stay and enjoyed it every time. We also drove up to the summit of Mount...More
